A transplanted Texan, Shannon Daley is in her second term as the president of Ericson PTA.  She began volunteering at Ericson in 2002 in her daughter’s kindergarten class.  She started working for the San Diego Unified School District in 2003 as a noon duty supervisor, the same year she was asked to become a part of the Ericson PTA board.  A year later, she became a member of the board of San Diego Unified Council of PTAs.

 

Shannon had been a nurse in Texas and has used that training to help the school nurse and students as the Health Assistant at Ericson since 2005.

 

Though her daughter now attends Wangenheim, Shannon remains committed to Ericson’s PTA, the school, the students, and the families.
